Wadi Shab, combining the exquisite wonders of inland waters and serene coastal regions, is located in Niyabat Tiwi in the province of Sur between the town of Sur and Muscat. The Qurayyat-Sur highway connects this place.

The major attractions in this place are the emerald green water pools. There are about seven such pools consisting of rocky parts. The Wadi houses fruit trees and groves and is scenic from where one can view the beautiful sea at long horizon. One of the pools is located in a cave in which one can view imposing light streams.
